From the Pastor's Desk - 4/21/2024

    We continue our holy, joyful season of Easter. Thank you for your presence and participation at this special time. Together, we joyfully celebrate the risen Christ. We are truly blessed.

    Thank you for your prayers and financial support for the success of our Annual Diocesan Ministry Appeal. The goal for our parish is $55,600. You have pledged above and beyond that goal--$60,625! And, you have paid $50,349 towards those pledge dollars. So far, we have 243 donors who have helped us reach our goal. If you have not pledged yet, there is still plenty of time to do so. The Appeal goes until the end of this year, 2024. Anything paid over our goal, we will receive 70% back to our parish! Your prayers are also important. You may simply choose to pray for our great ministries here in our Diocese of Joliet; they are deeply appreciated.

    Thursday, May 2, is Confirmation here with Bishop Hicks. We will be joined by the confirmandi from Holy Ghost Parish, Wood Dale. The weekend of May 5 we celebrate First Eucharist with our 2nd graders. Most have chosen to attend the 10:00 mass that weekend.
