From the Pastor's Desk - 6/15/2025

    A most Happy Father’s Day to all our fathers! May God watch over you and give you guidance. May St. Joseph be an example and guide for your vocation as a father. May God bless all the visits and conversations this Father’s Day.

    The Most Holy Trinity—that is what we remember this weekend as we move back into Ordinary Time. One God—Three persons; Father, Son and Holy Spirit. As people we relate to what is natural for us. As we look at the Trinity, take time to look at where each “person” is in your relationship. Our faith is a precious gift, and God gives us His love, through His Son, Jesus, and with those 2 persons, we are given the real presence of the Holy Spirit.

    THANK YOU so very much! You have been so kind in helping me to celebrate my priesthood of 35 years. The Mass of Thanksgiving on June 1, and then the beautiful, overwhelming dinner reception this past Sunday at The Carlisle. Wow! It was a lot for me to take in. There were so many people from different aspects of the parish. I am truly blessed in my assignment here at Christ the King. There is a lot I have been unfolding in my mind with your kind words, your cards and the joyful celebration we have experienced. It is my hope that you are energized by our coming together to celebrate, in essence, our Catholic faith. Again, my personal thank you to you. May God bless each of you.
